Bulletstorm, in short, one of the most kick-ass games you'll ever play. Well, as soon as you get a handle on the controls. Bulletstorm may look intimidating at first glance but the learning curve is gentle enough to make you into a pro by the end of the game. After playing this game from beginning to end I can honestly say it was great. It is rare that I see games with this much innovation in gameplay now-a-days. Cliff Blezinski did an impeccable job on this and it should be played. Not only did the gameplay change but the character roles and dialogue has dramatically changed compared to most of any other game on the market.
Cast, the characters that play main roles in the game have much depth and great personality. Towards the end your best friend and your sworn enemy are bouncing on a fine line of friend or foe. Also, the general is so insane and crazy that I found myself actually liking him; few times does a game make me like the enemy oppose to hating them even more through the course of the game.
Graphics are top-notch and have great levels of detail. When decimating the enemies you'll find yourself wanting to cause as much horrific damage as possible. Although, I do often see Gears of War whenever I see this game but I think they did a good job changing it.
As for glitches and bugs I found few but the ones that I did find forced me to restart the level. Enemies were "ok" but didn't prove as challenging as other FPS AI's. Weapon array was nice and ok but I felt it was a tad bit lame considering that it forces you to hold onto your assault rifle and only choose 2 unique weapons to annihilate with.
Overall I found this game to be of high quality and great value. Multiplayer is definantly one of the strong points. (Wrapping Bomb + Flare + Kick = Awesome)
9.1/10
